Cancellation Policy
At NS Makeup Studio, we value your time and trust. Every appointment you book is important to us, and we make special arrangements to provide you with the best service experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair service for all our clients, we have created a transparent and simple cancellation policy.
Appointment Booking
When you book an appointment with NS Makeup Studio, we reserve that time exclusively for you. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable advance payment may be required depending on the type of service. This advance ensures that your time slot is securely booked and our professional makeup artists are available for you.
Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment – You may reschedule your appointment without any additional charges.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours – 50% of your advance amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or on the same day – The full advance payment will be forfeited as a last-minute cancellation fee.
We hope you understand that short-notice cancellations make it difficult for us to fill the slot, leading to time and resource loss.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show”, and the advance payment will be non-refundable. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to make full prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
We understand that sometimes delays happen. However, if you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on the day’s schedule. In such cases, no refund or adjustment will be provided for the lost time.
Cancellation by NS Makeup Studio
In rare cases where we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies, equipment failure, or staff illness), we will inform you at the earliest and offer a full refund of your advance or help you reschedule to a convenient date and time.
Refund Policy
Please note that advance payments and service charges are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. Refunds are only applicable if the cancellation is made by NS Makeup Studio or under exceptional circumstances approved by management.
